I believe everyone deserves the opportunity whether it’s starting out to improving your current stroke and technique. Are you starting out or beginning? Safety is my number one priority and believe is important to first make an individual comfortable with the water. Looking to improve your technique and compete? you have came to the right place. My swimming history includes over 15 years of training along with Water Polo. I have placed All American in the 50 Freestyle with a top performance of 21.1 and have also placed All American in the 100 Butterfly with a top performance of 50.1. I have trained at a Division 1 level in University and have led my team to many championship titles with first place finishes. I have worked with all age groups from toddlers to adults. I have coached both swimming and water polo and helped develop many individuals inside and outside the pool. In addition to swimming I provide personal training services to all age groups and body types. You can see from my images how I can transform from lean to bulk and vice versa. Depending on your goals, I am happy to help transform your body into the condition you need to build your confidence.
