- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
40$ service call for me to come out diagnose your machines problem. If you decide to have the machine repaired the 40$ would go towards the rest owed for the repair. so if it was 100$ total you would owe 60$ since you have already paid 40$
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will take all necessary information and set up an appointment to come take a look at your machine. Also I will answer any questions that I can over the phone
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 3 years of experience repairing and installing appliances. I started as a helper for a business in town. I subcontracted for that company for 2 more years. I also take classes online and at my local parts wearhouse. Marcone
