- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First of all, there are no two animals that are the same, therefore no two animals require the same services. That said I don't believe in a cookie cutter pricing system. When I meet with someone in need of a pet sitter, I explain this and simply ask what they need. A "Pet Sit" is not the same for a dog as it is for a cat. Pet sitting for a dog you walk for exercise (30 min), is not the same as walking a dog around the block. I try to tailor my services to just what you need and so the price can be different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There must be an initial meeting in which I will ask general questions about you furbaby. I will also provide you the background on myself and on TLCpetz. I would encourage questions & concerns, as I want you to feel 100% confident & comfortable with the person that you're entrusting your precious children with. Most importantly, I want you to see how well your furbaby & I interact.
