We perform home inspections, 4-point insurance inspections, wind mitigation inspections and home maintenance inspections.
I use "Inspect-It" software on my iPad and all the newest inspection equipment to generate a 45 to 55 page report covering all your home or condo's visual parts and components.
I work seven days a week and can usually complete your inspection within 4-5 days.
