- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been baking since I was 10. I graduated a baking and pastry management program in 2011. My daughter and I decided to take a leap of faith and open our own business. We LOVE every minute of it. We have never had a moment of regret.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Wedding cakes, birthday cakes and cupcakes, anniversary cakes
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently completed a wedding cake with a gold top tier. Gold is very hard to master. I scraped the icing several times and started over until I felt it was good enough. In the end, both the bride and I loved the cake.
