FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This includes all your nutritional guidance and anything I deem necessary to reach your fitness goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My clients come to me for results, and to help them reach their goals I always ask questions and listen closely first. Each client brings a unique set of circumstances. I need to understand and customize programs based on their information. What are your goals? Experience Levels? What do you enjoy and dislike about fitness? What obstacles and pitfalls can get in the way? What motivates our you ? It is my job to help my clients progress, so I must plan appropriately. To know where you are going, you have to know where you have been. So, I collect data like weight, height, body fat percentage and perform a fit test to establish a base line. I then refine and reassess periodically. Motivation is reinforced as my clients see progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I 'm always doing continuing education. The main reason people do continuing education is to keep their certification up to date. This is one reason I do it. BUT, the main reason I do continuing education is for my clients. This business is always changing daily and I need to be up to date my field so I can deliver the best product. Whether in be participating in seminars, orientations or ordering material online I feel it's best for my clients. I am insured, certified / licensed, and have completed school at The Fitness Institute International. I have 20 years of personal training experience, teaching aerobics, boot camp classes and competing in triathlon running races. I am personable, punctual and can make staying fit and healthy as convenient as possible for you.
