I have been working out with Kenny for a few months now. I originally began as a way to get in shape for my wedding and had little to no fitness experience. After sitting down and speaking about my eating habits as well as stats and goals, Kenny designed a workout program for me that started slowly and gradually increased in difficulty. After my wedding I decided to return because for me, running on a treadmill or working out with a DVD just does not get me motivated. Having someone 1 on 1 to coach my workouts was a bit odd to get used to at first but I truly feel it is the best way to keep myself motivated and on the ball. Kenny keeps things fresh by working in different strength and cardio routines. I am a lot more knowledgable and stronger now than when I began. I highly recommend Kenny if you want to work hard, get results and be in a comfortable environment.
I started working out with Frank a couple of weeks ago and he is great, his expectations are sky high. He pushes me to my limits and makes the workouts fun every time. I look forward to every session and cannot wait to see further results

Candace is an AWESOME trainer. Not only is she knowledgeable and a great motivator, she is so passionate about fitness and loves to see her clients do well. Whatever your fitness goals are, whether its 20lbs or 100lbs, she will get you there and guide you every step of the way with proper nutrition and workouts that will definitely push your body. I appreciate her no tolerance for BS. She expects you to show up with all you got and put in the work....at every session! I love her for the push and when you feel like you can't do another rep she somehow gets 5 more out of you. I have been working with her 4 months now and its amazing how much my body has changed. I promise you every part of me is shrinking daily. Yes its hard work, but so worth it when you see your body transforming and getting to its' best self. I don't know about you but I don't want to look like anybody else. I want to be the best version of myself! CJ can definitely get you there! #WEDONTGETTIRED

Jessica is AWESOME! Do not miss out on the opportunity to work and learn from her! Training with Jessica has changed my approach to exercise and my health. My exercise routine consisted of running on the treadmill for 30 - 40 minutes and a few planks. I have learned the proper form, and many varieties of cardio, without having to be bored on the treadmill. Jes made exercising fun, and I always looked forward to our sessions! She has a great personality and a wealth of knowledge in her field!

Prior to working with Bill, personal fitness and health was not a priority of mine. I ran on occasion and played recreational sports, but never made going to the gym and weight training part of my weekly routine. Once I made the decision to change my health and fitness habits, I was introduce to Bill, and he helped me completely transform my fitness education and lifestyle. Over the course of 4 months, working with Bill once a week I was able to lose approximately 20 pounds of fat and gain about 10 pounds of muscle (and still growing). On those days I worked with Bill, he consistently changed the workouts to keep the exercises interesting and intense pushing me to a limit that produced result without being overexerting. Those days in the gym without Bill, I feel were equally as successful because of the education Bill provided during our workouts and through the other materials he provided. His belief and emphasis on self-discipline greatly aided me in completing my self-guided workouts. In all, it is this education that has been most valuable. Bill taught me how to persistently push myself so to see results without the risk of injury. Additionally, he taught me ways to stay motivated and keep a balanced gym routine. Now that I am no longer working with Bill, I am able to create well-rounded routines for myself targeting a variety of muscle groups and continually mix-up the routines to prevent lulls. Lastly, while nutrition wasnt an issue of mine, Bill helped to reinforces positive eating habits, as well as enlightening me with tips and guidance for maximizing necessary nutrients as it applied to my workouts and fitness goals. I highly recommend Bill to anyone who is looking to take their fitness and training seriously. Bill is an extremely dedicated trainer who creates an equal partnership training experience. The more you energy and effort you put in to the training, the more you get from Bill due to his strong belief in team work throughout the entire process.
