I have been attending Eliana's yoga classes for almost a year. She is amazing. She is compassionate, and takes the time to make sure you are doing the right poses. If you are unable to do a pose, she will help you to alter the pose so that you still get a good stretch. She is friendly and has a great work ethic. She keeps you informed through emails and she has always been available if I have any questions. I highly recommend her as a yoga teacher. She is such a treasure and I know the other women that attend class with me adore her just as much as I do.
If I could give Ksenia 10 stars I would! I have lower back pain and each time I tried a yoga class it would make it worse. So I decided to hire someone who works with athletes and hoped for the best. I have just purchased the 10 class package because now I don't know how I used to live without yoga in my life! I took 2 classes so far, I really can feel the difference in my lower back mobility and overall flexibility! SO HAPPY! I also feel my abdominal muscles, but in a good way :) I also love her teaching style, very friendly and unique.
Meredith led 18 of us on a bachelorette through a great 1-hour yoga class. She dedicated the class to the bride, sourcing inspirational and thoughtful poems/prayers about love/marriage. She was always responsive over email, the price was very reasonable, and she was punctual. She was also a good sport when the rain came in and she kept teaching! I would recommend Meredith to anyone.

Is really hard, complicated and embarrassing starting practicing yoga on my 45 years old, basically knee , back pain and shoulder problems, Tamara in two month help me to resolve that, get more elasticity and focused on my practice, she understand very well the real definition what Yoga does and she is an excellent and good vibration Yoga teacher.
Ann is a wonderful yoga teacher! She meets you where you are and takes you on to new more challenging things. I would really like to stress how patient and affirming Ann is in her yoga classes. I love her!
Deb is a wonderful yoga teacher. She is gentle and patient providing a calm environment for Yoga. She tailors the class to meet your needs. I always come away feeling relaxed, stretched and happy. I really miss Deb and her Yoga classes. She is a very positive and encouraging person.
I had a personal home session with Cole and he was amazing. He’s very thoughtful and carefully explains each pose I am turning into to make sure I do not hurt myself. I requested his yoga instruction specifically to help stretch my lower back. Each movement and pose targeted my needs thanks to his expertise. I can’t wait to see him again.

I think Romi is the best Yoga teacher one could have.. She has this quality of gauging the person's physical issues and providing the right yoga poses. This has proved to help me the most. I don't think I could goto any other yoga teacher after doing yoga with her.
My training with April is the best I have ever had. She works around and helps with whatever my ailments are to the point the feel better. My tone and muscles are being noticed by friends. Her combination of weights, yoga and pilates makes this an enjoyable experience instead of being grueling. I highly recommend her no matter your age. She is very pleasant and one of the finest persons that I know.
Bianca is an amazing instructor. She really focus on your form, your breath work and meditation. She also spends 20-30 minutes on stretching your entire body before going into any poses, also explaining what body parts are being worked from the inside out. I have been practicing with Bianca for 3 years now at Rainberry Bay in Delray Beach and compairing her to many other Yoga Instructors she is difently one of the best. If anyone is new to Yoga she is someone who will help your needs. If you are a current Yogi she will make you stronger.
I was introduced to Franchesca by a friend and I'm so glad I did, she was my first experience with yoga and if wouldn't of been for the great care, attentiveness and pure quality and real concern for me I probaly would of never been interested to continue to practice, her patience and knowledge is Incredible, thank you so much.
Sanders is phenomenal!! He has trained my wife and I for several years. He is extremely motivating, and gets the best out of you in each and every workout. He adapts the workouts to fit your needs, and continuously changes things up so you will never be bored, and so your body is always challenged. I recommend him 100% to anyone looking for a trainer, whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete.
I was a little nervous about starting yoga so I decided to try some private lessons to test the waters. Best thing I ever did, particulary because I got Emily. She's professional, passionate, knowledgeable and friendly. She worked at my pace, while always gently pushing me to understand and do just the right amount of more. Whether you’re considering getting started or want to brush up on the finer points of yoga, Emily is a great instructor. Incredibly knowledgeable and capable but not arrogant, judgmental or bossy. Added benefit: She has an incredibly beautiful voice for the chants before and after class. Very spiritual and peaceful experience.
