I take Ivonne's yoga class on Saturday mornings in East Park. The class is a great experience and an excellent value. Ivonne is a great instructor because she includes modifications for every experience level and makes you feel comfortable at any level. My flexibility has improved greatly since I started taking her class. Also, the setting in beautiful East Park just adds that extra relaxing touch that leaves me smiling all weekend! Lindsay is a very dedicated, passionate and knowledgeable yoga teacher. I took private classes with her for several months. She taught me all the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga and more. She also brought me material and suggested books and workshops to enhance my yoga practice. I would highly recommend her as a yoga teacher.

Suzanne helped me recuperate from an injury when doctors and physical therapists could not. I own my mobility and fitness to her expertise, support, and inspiration. The gym is the best I've ever been to. The yoga class I take there has taught me more about the postures than any other yoga class I've attended since I started 17 years ago. Hands down the best fitness facility and Suzanne is phenomenal! You won't be disappointed if you go, and it's worth every penny.
Ms. Suzanne is very hands on and knowledgeable. She has helped me for 2 years with competitive yoga. I placed last year at nationals and hope to place, again, this year! Ms. Suzanne has coached me via Skype and also in person. She is easy to work with and explains things very well!

She is extremely knowledgeable & professional in teaching proper alignment, form, centering, strength, breathing and release. Always encouraging one to be present within themselves while connecting with the yogic experience. SuryaStarr’s Yin Classes are nothing short of Brilliant! Personally, I find them a healing form of Yoga. Great for decompressing and releasing while being focused on a cellular level with your body as it communicates within you. It is a beautiful balance to a stressful life. She has given that gift to me. Because of SuryaStarr’s abilities & talent as a gracious teacher you carry that with you when walk (or float) out the door. Yin also compliments SuryaStarr’s Anusara Yoga 1 classes where she excels at teaching the five universal principles for alignment of both the inner & outer body. With her ever present knowledge she will gracefully guide one to strengthen & firm their muscular energy with rewarding awareness. She is a very gentle teacher that helps keep you on the path of your intentions of gaining the knowledge one is seeking in yoga. Oh, and I might add she has a great sense of humor! It is with much gratitude in my heart I have her as a teacher.

He is very humble and he is very professional, and you will not be dissapointed! Grant is very patient and will support you from the level you are at even when you're being difficult and can't seem to get a pose right. He's just a very sweet, caring person by the way he teaches his class. Keeps everyone relaxed and smiling through the whole process. Every practice ends in final resting pose. This final pose gives the body and brain time for assimilation of the practice (meditation).
