Miranda, has helped me a lot in many ways but most recently with my way of thinking, she has helped me to think outside of the box, so to speak. She made me realize that I was being way to hard on my self. She is a great listener and very attentive. She always would check in with me in between sessions and still does from time to time. She is a lovely, sweet soul, with many of her own life experiences. I find her an extremely inspirational woman and would highly recommend her for personal training (she's tough) yoga and coaching.

If you are seeking a yoga instruction, Shelley Parris Williams is the one to go to. Aware of her practice in FL, I anxiously awaited for her arrival in NY so I could be led by her. Not only does she demonstrate knowledge of technique, but she taught me how to breath correctly (I knew I had been shortening my breathe with incorrect breathing) and takes time to connect with you. Guided by her words and movement, I experienced an "ahhhhhhh" type of experience. Everyone should share in this experience with her!
