Katrin showed up on a time as promised and stayed well past the amount of time she quoted me for the job. Her attention to detail was unparalleled and an excellent change from the other cleaners I have tried in the past. She listened to my wants and needs and made sure I was satisfied with her efforts. Katrin is simply the best house cleaner I have ever hired.
Katrin was very professional in her demeanor as well as very friendly and easy to talk with even with her heavy Ukrainian accent.
I will make sure to hire her on a long term basis and recommend her to my family and friends.

I booked Katrin for a cleaning before I left the country through Thumbtack. It was clearly stated exactly what I wanted cleaned on my thumbtack request down to the room and level of work needed.
She provided a quote range and when she arrives to my house she adds $30 to what she originally said, not due to level of cleaning needed, but simply because she never fully read my request and just threw out a number.
At this point I needed it done so we proceeded to move forward.
She did a pretty good job of cleaning, although it didn't really leave a clean scent in the home like other cleaners do well.
This is where it gets interesting. The money was sent to her via Apple Pay the following day. Two days later her husband is calling me and leaving threatening messages because she accidentally canceled the payment. He said not to " mess around" with him and threatened to take us to small claims court despite us showing she was paid.
We were in Japan so we were unaware of what the issue was initially and it was a clear time difference. He then realized the mistake she made and sends a message apologizing.
Off the strength of being threatened by her husband by a mistake of her own and price changes, I would not at all recommend her.
