- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent pricing — you know your price before you book! Our rates start at $120 for a Standard Cleaning (1 bed/1 bath), $185 for a Deep/Move-Out Clean, and $140 for Vacation Rental Cleaning. Additional bedrooms are +$20 and additional bathrooms are +$25. We also offer add-on services such as laundry (up to 3 loads) for $30, fridge cleaning $45, oven cleaning $50, interior window cleaning $75, pet cleaning $25, baseboard cleaning $50, interior cabinet cleaning $50, and basement cleaning $85. We offer recurring discounts: 10% off for weekly clients, 5% off for bi-weekly clients. Prices may vary based on the size, condition, and specific needs of the property. We are licensed and insured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I personally try to give them a call as soon as possible. In the meantime, an automated message is sent with a link to our Jobber booking form, which is quick and intuitive to fill out. This form lets us know exactly what services they need and provides them with transparent, upfront pricing so there are no surprises. Once the form is submitted, we confirm the appointment and get to work. For new recurring clients, I personally show up to the first clean to ensure everything is done not only to our standards, but to the client's preferences as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is built on experience. We are fortunate to work alongside true veterans of the cleaning industry who bring years of hands-on expertise. These seasoned professionals train and mentor all of our new hires, ensuring every team member meets our high standards before working independently. As the owner, I also actively participate in jobs — especially with new recurring clients — working side by side with the team to lead by example and make sure everything is done right. Ongoing training and quality checks are a core part of how we operate.
