Brandon was so thorough in his explanation of the process to restore our primary bathroom shower. ReGlazing the tile floor, new caulking around the glass panel & the corners of the shower where caulking was missing. He was professional and his calm approach toward completion was so nice easy to work with. I have already referre him to friends & clients.

I had a very good experience with The Grout Medic for cleaning up of my shower. Shannon came by in one day to give me an in depth estimate and the next day to do the job. She answered.all of my questions and really did a great job. She cleaned all of the shower including floor, walls and doors, regrouted where needed, and resealed the whole area. She worked for 6 hours and made my 50 year old shower look great.

This company did an amazing job! I have 12 foot ceiling and I had them steam clean my kitchen backsplash. Took all the grime off of them. Also the cleaned and sealed my shower floor. Awesome. Highly recommend this company. Oh and they showed up on time.

We have 15% military, police or EMT with valid ID
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review/create/ send an estimate via email within 30min of arriving to your house. We generally want a minimum service for a maximum impact. Understanding the impact can start with a phone call or an in-person visit. We take our work seriously so we will want to validate the state of the tile/grout in person before giving an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in business full time real estate related since 2018.
