He is very knowledgeable about how to stay safe while exercising and he is very good at explaining it in a way that is easy to understand and apply when I am working out on my own. I like that it is not just running and weight lifting with him and that he incorporates TRX, yoga, and body weight exercises. Thank you!

I was attracted to her smile and her generous spirit and as I watched her teach I wanted to learn yoga myself. From that time until now, Eileen has given me class and private instruction at least two times a week. She goes above and beyond with her caring and attention to every body movement to maximize the experience and aid me in my practice. I hope to continue with yoga and with Eileen. On a recent visit to get a massage, my regular practitioner commented on my stronger muscles, back and legs especially. Thank you, Eileen!
