To secure your date, we typically require a deposit, with the balance due closer to the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our goal is to make the process smooth, enjoyable, and tailored to your needs. Here’s what you can expect: Initial Consultation: We start with a conversation to understand your vision, preferences, and specific needs for the event. This can be done over the phone, via video call, or in person, depending on your preference. Proposal & Menu Planning: Based on our initial discussion, we’ll create a customized proposal, including menu options, pricing, and any additional services you might need. We’ll work with you to refine the details until everything is perfect. Tasting (if applicable): For larger or more complex events, we can arrange a tasting session, allowing you to sample selected dishes and make final adjustments to the menu. Event Coordination: Once the menu and details are finalized, we’ll take care of all the logistics, including staffing, rentals, and setup. We coordinate with the venue and any other vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly. Day-of Execution: On the day of the event, our team will arrive early to set up and prepare. We manage everything from start to finish, including serving, keeping the event on schedule, and ensuring your guests have an exceptional experience. Follow-Up: After the event, we’ll check in with you to ensure everything met your expectations and gather any feedback. We value building long-term relationships with our clients, so your satisfaction is our top priority. Throughout the process, we’re here to answer any questions and make adjustments as needed. Specialized Training: Over the years, I have pursued specialized training in various cuisines and techniques, including sous-vide cooking, molecular gastronomy, and pastry arts. This continuous learning ensures that I stay at the forefront of culinary trends and innovations. Leadership in Hospitality: As the Operating Partner of of a Corporate Fine Dining Steakhouse in Sarasota, I oversee a restaurant that generates significant revenue while maintaining high standards of quality and service. My role has equipped me with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. Recipe Development: I've developed over 600 original recipes, showcasing my creativity and expertise in crafting unique dishes that cater to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences.
