We hired Rocco to come cook for our Mother's Day dinner. He did a great job planning the meal and altering it to people's likes and dislikes. He was organized, friendly, and the most wonderful personal chef you could ask for. Our family already decided that the next time we do this, he will be the first person we contact!!!!! He left the kitchen cleaner than it was before and our bellies VERY happy!!!! THANK YOU ROCCO!

Rocco was our personal chef and cooked us a great meal, with a perfect matching wine selection. Splendid six-course meal with true respect for the purity of the ingredients. Three types of cherry-tomato each tasted different and totally lifted the flavor of the perfectly cooked salmon. The wine selection was as respectful in its tastes and purity. We can fully recommend Rocco as a talented chef and host, even in your own home. He'll take over your kitchen and treat you and your guests to a star-dinner, right in your own home. And leave it spotless too. It has been an amazing experience! Chapeau to Rocco!

Chef Rocco was a joy to work with! He was very responsive while we were planning the dinner and he was professional and fun during the private dinner for friends. If you want extremely delicious Italian food he is a great choice!

We picked Chef Rocco for our Friendsgiving of 25 people, and it was perfect. Great communication, he was very flexible for dietary restrictions, the price and the whole process. Most importantly, the food was great, everybody loved it and the portions were perfect. Definitely recommend !

Constantly updating my knowledge, techniques and skills. Reading a lot and keep in touch with other great professionals around the World. Obtained a professional Diploma almost 20 years ago and never stop cooking since.
