FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly and because most of our jobs are only a couple hours there are never really any surprises. We do everything we can to get in and out as fast as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's very simple, you give us a brief description of what you need done, we give you an estimate of how long you think it will take. When we show up to do the work we assess the work and then confirm or adjust our original estimate. We do not like surprises anymore than you do. Before the work starts you will have a good idea of how much it's going to cost. Payment is due upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fred has a 4 year degree in engineering and has over 30 years in the home building and inspection industry. I have been in executive management running software and technology companies for 20 years. However I grew up in the trades and put myself through college working in carpentry and concrete to plumbing and electrical. I know my way around a construction site and home repairs. We also have a vast network of other professionals there is nothing we can't figure out or fix
