About
I offer personal training and group training in a fun, engaging yet challenging way. My training is NOT a drill sergeant type of training but more of an encouraging yet pushing you to try harder to get results type of training.
I enjoy helping others lose weight, tone up and feel better about themselves. I am not only my clients trainer but also their friend. I share nutrition tips, plan various outdoor workout activities such as walking the Ringling Bridge, Benderson Park or even joining 5K's.

This past January, I received a bad report from my doctor regarding my blood tests. I was over weight and I needed to change my lifestyle to incorporate healthy eating and exercise. The healthy eating was not as big of a challenge for me as the exercise was. I'm a procrastinator by nature but Cindy was able to keep me motivated. She is very positive and definitely helped me to believe I could do this. I'm proud to say I have lost 40lbs and went from a size 16 to a 6. I've personally have never felt better.

I highly recommend Cindy. She is professional and very motivational. She offers a personalized training plan designed for your specific needs. She also offers a diet plan to meet your goal. She is awesome to work with and has a great personality. Not only will you get in shape, you will have fun doing it.
