Barbara S. says, "I was thrilled with Ace Restoration throughout the entire process from being the best quote for cleaning my townhome’s air ducts to the thorough several hours long brush cleaning/ vacuuming of debris that caused very little mess! The two service techs were most polite and answered all questions satisfactory, moved furniture as necessary and protected furniture and surrounding areas with plastic until the cleaning job was finished. All vents were removed and taken outdoors to wash and clean with a microbial cleaning solution to impede and help prevent future mold growth. Afterwards all was vacuumed, and furniture was put out in place. The techs arrived at 9:30am and left at 3:30pm—the exact amount of time I was given to expect for a thorough cleaning. The bonus was I was given a $200 credit on the balance due to the discovery of a few vents that had bars preventing internal cleaning! I highly recommend Ace Restoration for air duct cleaning!"See more

George did a great job on almost all the plumbing tasks, essentially updating/repairing original plumbing fixtures 40+ years old, while installing new BR and kitchen sink faucets. A small access panel now installed over the main water shutoff is not completely flush with the wall (some interference with the valve handle), fixable with a little more work but a minor issue. I note that we did pay a significant premium for same-day service rather than follow our normal practice given time to obtain multiple estimates, but here (acting as our own GC with 4 subs including George), the project- that included new vanities, a shower stall, and this work- still came in well under budget. We'll use D-C Plumbing again but get up-front estimates if time permits.

Jose is great. I hired him initially off thumbtack to fix a problem I had with my toilet and then hired him again for another project. He helped install a new bathroom vanity and was full service when it came to assembling, installing, and even hauling the old one. It came out great! Very nice, professional, and straight forward.
