I am the entertainer Perry Grant( please do a google search ) I hired Felix of Dry Air Restoration to remediate my apartment after extensive flood damage from an apartment next door. He had excellent reviews and i knew the second he came into the apartment he was the right guy to hire.Not only is he very knowledgeable and informative but also very personable.This Guy knows his stuff and knows how to deal with the problems of water damage. I had extensive mold problems that needed dealing with, dry wall removal and treatment was needed.
Felix gave me a very fare estimate but that was not the only reason i chose him to undertake the job .They arrived on time and Felix and Chris worked like Trojans for two days rectifying all the problems that had arisen from the flood and also dealt with some very serious hidden problems that we had not expected. They tented the area completely so i was safe from the chemicals and spry that they needed to use and removed all of the mold damage,Took all the carpets up in the entire apartment, removed damaged dry walls and treated all the mold and flood damage that had occurred in the most professional way.Felix and his partner Chris are also extremely nice gentlemen.The price was extremely good for the way they worked and i had been given estimates for twice the price and one for three times more! They were excellent and left my apartment with the problem solved and in immaculate condition. I cannot recommend him enough..this is the man you need to solve your flood damage.

SuperPro Restoration
On the night of April 12th, 26 inches of rainfall within a span of 6 hours in Ft Lauderdale, with 8 inches of water flooding our entire home, it immediately changed our lives. We decided we would need a restoration company to urgently remove water and mitigate mold in our walls. I searched Thumbtack and found Superpro Restoration. Noticing they have excellent reviews, I emailed them at 5am while water was still coming in our home, and prayed for a quick response. When I checked at 8am, Jose, the owner had a cordial response and I called him shortly afterward.
He educated us on the classes of flood and degrees of severity along with the steps of how his company is there for all our needs.
He followed up with frequent calls over the next 2 days until the neighborhood water receded enough for his team to meet us at our home. The electric power was turned off on the whole neighborhood. Jose assessed each room and the overall plan of attack with our landlord. One of the greatest mistakes everyone makes is to delay restoration and water removal until an adjuster gives the ok to begin. WRONG!!! ASAP, the water and drywall removal MUST be the priority on any and every home with water damage of all classes. Our landlord was so impressed with the caliber of expertise with Jose, David and their team at Superpro, he literally hired them on the spot for his 5 other homes and they drove to assess each one and layed out plans to begin restoration as soon as electric power was restored.
Two days later, the drywall of our home was immediately pulled, appliances were assessed and removed, debris was tossed to the curb for bulk removal, and our home was water free and on its way to drying. When the flood adjuster visited 10 days after the storm, his comment said it all, YOU ARE FAR AHEAD OF RESTORATION OF YOUR HOME AND LIFE.
