He quickly diagnosed and repaired both leaks, restoring water to my home in no time. On top of that, he recommended a company to help with the wet carpet to prevent mold and mildew—something I hadn’t even thought about in the chaos. Their prompt response, professionalism, and efficient service turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. With in 2 hours Riccardo and apprentice (Valentino) had it unclogged and came back Friday to powerclean all the pipes in the house, changed all of the valves out and installed a water treatment system. Also, drained the hot water heater and ALL of this in 2 days with out an appointment. Professional, attentive and informative and very reasonable. For all the negative folks, he did not sell me anything I wasn't considering. Thank-you H20 Pros."See more
