Rise Plumbing responded very quickly to our request and offered to give an estimate online if we could send them a pic of the faucet. After sending the pic, they quickly responded back explaining that the old faucet looks corroded and needs to be replaced with a new one and offered to change it the same day with the exact same brand at a reasonable price. Because of our schedule, we decided to have them come by a couple of days later. Once here, Alen offered to change the corroded unit with the same Delta faucet as we had previously discussed online, but he had also brought in a new Moen faucet just to give us a choice and mentioned that it would not affect the final price. After explaining the differences patiently to us, we decided to go with the new Moen instead. He and his helper were very efficient in replacing the old faucet with the new one. They were very respectful and prepared and even wore shoe covers when they stepped inside the house which speaks loudly about their level of cleanliness and sanitation. We are very happy with the result and highly recommend Alen and Rise Plumbing."See more
