Jacob,Colbin and his crew were very professional and friendly. They walked me through the process of installing my AC unit and explained everything in detail. The crew was very clean and respectful of my property and cleaned after they finished. It was a pleasure working with the guys. I would definitely be calling them back if I need anything.

TJ from Protek was awesome. He explained everything in detail, unlike others. He didn't try to "sell me" things I didn't need or would be a waste of money. We didn't buy anything at first because he was not pushy. One of the best service guys I have ever had. He was responsive immediately when needed. I recommend him big time. Mind you I had 5 other companies come out and tried selling me on all kinds of things.

Over the years I’ve experienced dishonesty from several AC companies. Jacob was the technician for this job, and he was awesome. Professional, kind, timely, detailed and honest. He fix our issue after 3 other techs took a look. I’ll definitely use again. Never felt like I was being sold, and had options on the services to use.

Needed a small, flat roof section replaced. Jacob was very knowledgeable and explained the process. He was also very honest letting me know there was still life left with the roof, however due to homeowners insurance quotes, we chose to go ahead and replace it. We had three different companies give us roof estimates. Protek came in priced well under the other two companies for the same work/materials. I had a few questions/concerns after the work was done. Jacob came back out and addressed each. Very happy with the service.

Our pricing is up front, and honest, we are not about being the cheapest, but making sure we have the highest quality work and the job gets done correctly. We stand behind all of our work and make sure you’re 100% satisfied. We also offer seasonal discounts to save you money while getting the most value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process includes a call to our office, where Heather will set you up in our system for an appointment with one of our techs. After that you will receive a call and text from the technician on the way with an ETA, when we arrive our tech will be polite, clean up after themselves, perform the service requested and be on our way!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We carry an HVAC license as well as our techs are NATE and EPA certified, and perform ongoing training at our office and distributor to make sure we are up to date with all new technology and our skills are top notch.
