Our costing is very competitive and professional. The final quote is totally transparent and formatted in a Schedule Of Values. Along with an itemized specific description of all items included and allowances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We request an on site meeting to view the conditions and collect all the info we will need for quoting. As most customers only have a list or mindful idea of what they would want. We also offer design build services, particularly for the sake of permitting the work, as may be required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A fourth generation professional builder. A vast history of practical experience having served many apprenticeships in the associated trades. Successful working history with high profile residential and commercial contractors in coming up through the career trade. Continual education as is required every 2 years by the DBPR, for license renewal. Also continual reading and studying of new developments and trends to the industry, on-line and in publications.
