They can provide quotes that address all of the work that needs to be done, as discussed with the prospective customer, instead of giving an ambiguous quote that leaves out almost everything that is required and, then, adding a clause stating that if other work is needed the quote will be increased. It was a total waste of time meeting with these two guys.
