We contacted Luke at Viking Air to investigate the foul odor coming from our HVAC system. He inspected both upstairs and downstairs, cleaned the coils, emptied the drains, and diagnosed a little bit of mold that was creating the odor (all for just $39). He installed a UV-C light in the handler and ultimately eliminated the foul, moist odor from our upstairs HVAC. Luke was courteous, thorough, and a true professional. Will not hesitate to contact him should we have any future HVAC issues.

I found my HVAC guy ! I contacted Murdock on a Saturday and we set up my job to be done the next day on Sunday , couldn’t be happier . I also needed him for an additional job , the part was ordered on Monday and the job is done by Tuesday afternoon . Very honest , professional , prompt and thorough . And his rate was very reasonable . I will recommend him to everyone I know . When I find someone like this I tell everyone I know about them . My mini-split was blowing warm air; a lot of hvac specialists don’t work on these types of units — Yovani was extremely responsive and he quickly came out and resolved the issue — my unit is now blowing ice cold air.
Another thing to note is that Yovani is a pleasant, honest person and was very easy to work with — he explained everything he was doing and pointed out the issues; I appreciate this more than anything!
I would definitely recommend! 5 stars!

My AC went out on a Saturday morning and I called my Home Warranty Company to fix the issue. The AC Company called and scheduled a window of 10 - 1 on Tuesday. I reached out to Alex AC on Thumbtack because I wanted to get some quotes on replacing the system in case the freon was gone (existing system was pretty old). I scheduled Alex for 2 pm on Tuesday. At 2 pm, Alex showed up while the other AC technician had not. Before the other technician arrived, Alex had already diagnosed the issue - a leaky evaporator coil (all freon was gone). Alex said he could come out the next day to replace both the compressor and air handler. He quoted me a price for labor and parts which was below what I could achieve in parts alone. Alex showed up with his team at 8:30 am the next day and by 12:30 my new HVAC was blowing cold air. I noticed a condensation issue the following day and called Alex. He came by the same day and fixed the issue. I have already recommended Alex to two others in my office who are contemplating getting a new HVAC system.

I cannot tell you how fortunate I am to have come across this wonderful company and it’s amazing Owner Jonathan he and his partner personally came out to address some issues I had with a brand new AC system I only wish I would have found him sooner. He was very professional very educated very versed and his knowledge of the whole HVAC system. His communication skills are awesome him and his partner worked very hard to solve my problems as a cancer patient newly on chemotherapy he is a big problem for me and he did everything he needed to do to make my new system more comfortable, and even when I had another problem that had nothing to do with him he came back on the spot and addressed all my concerns and I couldn’t be happier. Sometimes you come across great companies, great businesses and great people and I am really fortunate to have come across him because I have to say my experiences as of late with a lot of big vendors has not been goodand his communication skills, his professionalism, his worth his employees are amazing. I would not recommend you go anywhere else.
