This Company is incredible. I called them for an emergency when my new house's HVAC flooded my bedroom. Alen responded within minutes and was at my house within an hour. Not only did he fix the problem, but he walked me through the issue and fix step-by-step to make sure I understood everything he was doing and why. No extra fluff, no gimmicks, and no unnecessary work/charges. He also made sure I had the knowledge and tools to take the best care of my system between yearly maintenance checks. Because of his thoroughness and genuine interest in his craft, I asked him about a bathroom plumbing issue I was also having. From there, he went above and beyond. After initial diagnostics, he walked me through my options and I agreed to do the camera diagnostic bc there was clearly an issue pretty far into my pipe system. Well, he found the issue - a big chunk of baby wipes 47ft in. He again made sure I was informed and educated every step of the way, which is very much appreciated as a new home owner and plumbing novice. He came back a few days later to snake and clean out the pipes, and explained the system my house has because of a later renovation prior to purchasing the home, and also that I actually had a sprinkler system I wasnt even aware of! He also fixed a more minor plumbing issue in my bathroom sink, installed my bidet, and just generally made recommendations for other plumbing things he saw and how I can maintain my systems on my own. However, that is not all!!!!!! Because of how knowledgeable and genuine he is, I asked him about a few other plumbing related things, first being installing a dishwasher I still had in the box since black friday last year. I had two other plumbers come and tell me they couldnt install it bc I needed a contractor and electrician etc etc. Not only did he recommend putting the dishwasher in a different location bc of inherent structural issues with the counter that no one had previously pointed out or recommended (despite my requests for input), but he also gave me his electrician's information. His guy came out the next day, and Alen came back over to install the dishwasher. He also installed a new line for a fridge (which again, someone else told me to do a different way and he recommended not with a full explanation as to why lol) - all within a few days. Even before leaving, he made sure to check that a new shower head I installed myself was all good (it was, yay me), and advised that he noticed my water heater had not been maintained and likely needed the sediment flushed out. However, we are all familiar with pushy salesman type repair companies, Alen is not one of them, not even close. He fully explained to me how the water heater worked, what sediment build up is, and why flushing yearly is important, including showing me a recent video he had of what comes out when you flush. He simply told me to give him a call when I was ready to. I can promise you I will be calling him, sooner rather than later. For the ladies out there, he does not man-splain, or try to capitalize on the fact you are a plumbing novice - Alen is extremely knowledgeable, professional, clean, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoys his craft.
