Kaitlynne’s day-of coordination was truly exceptional. From the moment she stepped in, she was warm, friendly, and instantly understood our vision. She checked in with us constantly, made sure we felt confident, and went above and beyond to execute every detail exactly as we had imagined — and honestly, even better. We were able to give her all of our decor and details and she knew exactly what to do with everything, even if things came up last minute. The results were absolutely stunning — when we walked into our event and saw everything so beautifully set up, we were genuinely overwhelmed with emotion.
Throughout the day, she handled every hiccup gracefully and professionally, making sure we had absolutely nothing to stress about. Her communication was flawless, and she always knew when to step in, when to push back, and how to advocate for us in the most respectful and effective way.
