Taps Pest Services was one of them, and offered the best program for ourneeds. We contacted Taps, and hired themfor the project. Initially, Garrett came out as the point person to survey the property, and discuss general matters involving the services. He was very professionaland friendly. He advised that Jesse was ourtechnician to handle the project. Jesse came out the next day to examine the site, assess the extent of the rodent infestation and traffic, determine the access (entry and exit)locations, set up the inside traps and outsidepoisonous bait boxes and design a plan to seal all rodent access locations. With the traps placed and bait boxes positioned, Jesse then sealed all rodent access points on the roof, in the soffits, in the garage and elsewhere.He came back immediately to retrieve the killed critters whenever we called or when heperformed the routine trap and box checks.Jesse also had the assistance of Chris whooccasionally helped out when called to do so.The job was completed in about 5 weeks, andthe rodent problem was deemed resolved.Finally, Jesse performed the sanitation procedure in the attic where the rodents had established their living space. Jesse was EXCELLENT as a professional technician, trained, knowledgeable and experienced inall manner of pest control services. He handled the job methodically and effectively.He would advise us what he was doing every step of the way, answer my questions fullyand conduct himself in a courteous manner.My wife and I appreciate the quality of careprovided by Taps, Garrett, Jesse and Chris.Based upon our experience with Jesse as ourassigned technician and the success we had, we would recommend Taps Pest Services and Jesse to anyone in need of rodent control services anytime."See more
