- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session will be an assessment where I will go through your specific wellness needs. If they include weight loss or gain, I will measure your body fat and skeletal muscle, and also test your pH level. We will discuss your medical history and whatever medications you are currently on. At the end we will come up with a program which will include healthy eating, supplementation (if needed) and exercise. We will set goals for your success!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as follows: Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, Women's Fitness Specialist. I am a TLS Weight Loss Coach. I have completed the instructor courses in TRX and AquaLogix exercise programs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I see too many people, people close to me, who didn't take care of themselves and got very sick, and are now gone. They just didn't know how to take care of their health. I want to touch as many lives as I can.
