Chef Tim was fantastic. His preparation and presentation was fabulous. He was outgoing and very attentive and no detail was overlooked. His staff and himself did a fabulous job, I had nothing to clean at the end of the night and nothing to worry about during the night. Chef thinks of everything. All of his appetizers were delicious and am still being complimented on the food. His beef skewers are highly recommended. My only negative was a few of the dinner selections I made were slightly bland. I will definitely use him again and recommend him and all 35 of my guests said how terrific the evening was because of Chef and his staff.

As this was our first go-around without our mother who ran the best Christmas kitchen ever, we decided to look into catering which then led us to the "private chef" concept offered by Jeffrey Sternberg who owns and operates Rosemary and Thyme Catering. Jeffrey was one of 3 caterers who offered their services through Thumbtack, and right from his online presence, we knew that Jeffrey would be the one who would come through on the home-cooked feel we were seeking. One phone call led to an invitation to his home where we were regaled with samples of his work ... now that is service for you! Planning out the meals was a collaborative effort where we told Jeffrey about all our traditional fare over the 3-day feast with Jeffrey being most accommodating to our habitual dishes but all the while making recommendations here and there which we gladly accepted ... it was a very easy and enjoyable process. Everything was delicious, truly surpassing our expectations. There were even several batches of shortbread made up for our inspection before choosing the version that best matched the type of shortbread we were accustomed to. The cauliflower and celery casseroles were actually better than we had ever made ourselves and the filet roast of beef for the day after Christmas was without a doubt the best we'd ever tasted. If there was any negative to be found, it was simply in that there was way more food prepared for us than we could ever expect to eat ... we froze the leftovers and are still enjoying the odd Jeffrey meal ... talk about getting excellent value for your money! The only exception to the quantity was the gravy that only lasted the one meal of Christmas dinner. And Jeffrey also surprised us with plenty of extras like a 4th appetizer that we had not ordered, dips that we had not ordered for the appetizers, and mayo and mustard spreads for our sandwiches, and the killer was an extra turkey roasted in the oven in case we did not end up being fond of the grilled turkey that he recommended. The one hitch was that the re-heating instructions did not specify "convection" or take into account that all six dishes were to be reheated in the oven simultaneously, so the food was not ready when we were led to believe it would be, but it was well worth the wait in the end because everything was outstanding. Service, service, service ... that is what Jeffrey is all about ... and he really knows what he's doing ... you can just relax or else spend the time you save in the kitchen fretting over more interesting Christmas activities ... Let me start by saying that this was a last-minute plan that I made the day before Valentine's Day. I made a request through Thumbtack and in a very short time Chef Ricardo contacted me to confirm he was available and provided his menu and price. I called him and he went through in more detail his menu and suggestions based on our food preference. He has a lot of menu offerings by the way in varied cuisines. I could tell that he was friendly and professional just by talking to him. Meeting him in person confirmed my assumptions. He was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. He did a really fun cooking lesson with us while he was prepping the meal. He started by making fresh mango margaritas which he served at the beginning and then he showed us how to make the appetizer, entree and dessert, and we had some 'hands on' too with making crepes. He prepped our dining table and served our meal. The food was beautifully plated and most importantly it was delicious! While we ate, Chef cleaned up our kitchen and dishes. We will definitely use him again for special occasions and would highly recommend him. Thanks Chef for making this Valentines one of the most special ever!
The service provided by Chef Garrido company was outstanding. Desiree was prompt, courteous and very professional. They provided a gourmet meal for over 50 people at my 60th birthday party. All my friends and family raved about the delicious food which was of the highest quality and cooked to perfection. They were extremely organized and efficient in serving this large group. Besides preparing the food they were extremely helpful in the kitchen organizing all aspects of the meal. I would highly recommend there company to anybody planning an event that needs to be catered . I know for sure I will use them again in the future. Cafe Delish and Renee was absolutely Amazing! I would use her again for any event that I have - PLUS recommend her to any of my friends, family and colleagues. Café Delish was very easy to work with, had a spectacular presentation, and "delish-ish" food! I called up with short notice (probably not recommended!), and Renee was easy going, was able to talk to me and know what I wanted and to create exactly what was need to make my Dad's 70th surprise party exactly as I had envisioned - including a 70 in an ice sculpture! How many caterers can do that for you in the last minute?! Her prices were very reasonable. She was right on time, and picked up to make everything very easy for me. Everyone raved about the food and the presentation (and I got the credit!). Referrals for Renee will be coming! I will have to share pictures when I download them from my real camera! Many thanks to a job over what was expected!
We had a great experience with Danielle's bartender services. She created all the drinks we asked for and all of them were delicious! All our guests loved her to the point that she became a big part of the party's success. By the way, she has an amazing personality! We were beyond happy having her being part of our event.
My wife and I decided to host a cocktail / dinner party for 8 very influential people April 16,2016. We decided to enlist Chef Segreto to help us, We had previously attended a dinner party hosted by a friend that used Chef Segreto. We were very impressed with the quality of food served and the professionalism in which Chef Segreto personnel handled the dinner party. On March 1, 22016 I email Julian Grajales and asked him if Chef Segreto would be interested in providing services for an hour of light snacks, wine and mixed drinks starting at 6:00 PM and followed with a sit down dinner starting at 7:00 PM and ending at 9:00 PM. On March 3, 2016 Julian Grajales emailed a list of 5 proposed appetizers, with prices and a list of 9 Plated dinners, with prices, a list of 5 soups, a list of 3 salads, and a list of 6 desserts from which to choose from. By the way, the soup, salad, and dessert were included in the plated dinner price. On March 8, 2016 Julian meet with us at our residence to view where the event would take place and to see what kitchen facilities would be available. In addition he brought a list of 11 hot Hors D'Oeuvres, 4 Americano, 4 Feancese, 4 Mediterranean, 4 Italiano, 4 Floribbean, and 4 Asiatico Hors D'Oeuvres for us to choose. At 4:00 PM on April 16, 2016 Julian and his wife rang our door bell. They came and went over the schedule of events we wanted to occur throughout the three hour event. My wife and I literally sat down and watched television until the first guest arrived at 6:00 PM.Julian's wife greeted people, tended bar, and did not let anyone's drink glass go dry. At 7:00PM we sat down to a truly magnificent dinner. Julian prepared the food while his wife waited on the table. The dinner started with mixed greens, Bermuda onions, plum tomatoes,roasted walnuts and dried cranberries with assiago cheese and raspberry vinaigrette dressing. The salad was followed with blood orange sherbet. After the sherbet a 12 oz. grilled NY strip with roasted zucchini risotto and grilled asparagus with port wine-peppercorn sauce was served. Dessert consisted of roasted peach cobbler with Madagascar vanilla pudding. Coffee was then served followed by Baileys Irish cream. This dinner was by far the most grandiose dinner my wife and I have ever hosted. All thanks and praise goes to Chef Segreto's people Julian Grajales and his wife. They are truly professionals. The party attendees are still talking about that evening and we still get compliments for having the party.
Lilos catered for 40 people for our New Year's Eve party and from start to finish it was fantastic. Joe was easy to deal with and understood what we needed and kept in touch and worked within our budget. Lindsey prepared the food and set up the buffet and was friendly, calm and very professional. Taylor served all night, nothing was too much trouble and was so polite, loads of common sense and ensured that my husband and I could enjoy the party while he dealt with any spillage and serving guests drinks etc. Food was delicious, hot, nicely presented - all our friends agreed! I would definitely recommend Lilos, we will be using them again for all our parties and you must pop into their restaurant in Delray which is equally as good! I was reluctant to have a work lunch catered for 30 people. So many different lunch preferences but the uniqueness of their smoker sealed the deal. The food was outstanding. These 2 guys have everything covered from "A to Z". My fellow employees still talked about it the next day! Highly recommended, especially the beef brisket!
We hired Mr. G's catering for a 50th anniversary dinner (drop off) for 11 people. He was prompt in responding and sent a detailed proposal, which he was happy to make adjustments to. At the dinner he set up the food in an attractive way, and when the dinner was over, he came back and removed everything. The food itself was delicious and well prepared. His price was very reasonable and his service was excellent. I would highly recommend him for catering a dinner.
Orangel came to our home on New Years Eve and provided personal Chef services to myself and my wife. He prepared and cooked a gourmet meal as we watched. He plated and served and as we enjoyed eating, he quietly cleaned all the pots and pans. The meal was excellent.
Best decision made choosing Chef Stephens to cater my baby shower. He was easy to work with, really Proffessional, very talented because the food was really delicious. We had about 55 people. There was more than enough food, everyone was really enjoyed the food and his personality. Definetly made my event really special. I will be hiring him again for sure!! Michael was an absolute joy to work with. He put together a buffet menu for our wedding of 50 people effortlessly. Throughout the entire process everyone was professional, knowledgeable, understanding, patient and kind. The food was delivered on time and at the perfect temperature. The food was outstanding! I will definitely will be calling these guys again for other events.
