Progressive resistance. Starting with the basics then progressing from there

I am a Straight Blast Gym instructor, One Dragon Martial Arts Instructor. I have coaches combat athletes from multiple world renown gyms and organizations such as ISR Matrix
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a kickboxer in the 70s I started martial arts when I was 8 yrs old , wrestled thru high school and continued my passion of fitness for there.
