The whole crew was thorough, took extra care for our baby furniture which has been in our family for generations, and took the time to move our things properly and carefully. Moving is always a hassle, but Franklin and his team took the stress out of moving day and we will use them again.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We charge $30-$50 per mover per hour. Our truck prices vary depending upon size and distance of travel.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We conduct onsite consultation for all long distance moves. For local move, we offer a hourly rate. For the most part, we process and strive to satify each customer at each point of the moving process.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  We are eduacted in the entire moving process from consultation to packing to loadind to moving to unloading. Also. everyone takes a customer service class.
