- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer tiered pricing. Our base price is $300 for an officiant for your ceremony, including rehearsal and consultation. Travel over 50 miles may require an additional fee. We offer friends and family discounts, and bundling discounts if you request our day of coordination service. Day of coordination starts at $800 for a wedding with less than 50 people. Every additional 50 people is an additional $200, up to $1600 (300 people). Both Amber and Ryan are able to officiate and coordinate your ceremony and reception. Please let us know what services you require.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you have received a quote for all services required for your special day, we are able to set appointments for planning for your ceremony and reception. Ceremonies are written by hand, unless otherwise specified. If you have something special you want in your wedding, please discuss with us and we can make sure it's there! We work alongside you up until your day, and then we are there from set up to strike to make sure everything goes off smoothly. We handle issuance of monies and tips to vendors so that you don't have to worry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between us both, we have 20+ years of experience in numerous different fields including event planning and execution, wedding officiation and coordination, guest and customer service, public speaking, staging, etc. We met working at Walt Disney World, thus we were trained by the best to provide the best service we can in the most polite and magical way possible.
