- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and 60 minute sessions. I like to discuss the client's specific goals...listen, and tell/show them how I can get them to those goals. I like to discuss eating habits, and give proper nutritional advice on what's needed to achieve said goals. There are assessments we go through to test fitness levels, and from there we create a plan that caters to their needs.
