About

Kyle, is a world class instructor, and one of the most incredible dance instructors you could ever hope to meet. Her knowledge and love of her craft is truly astounding! Her teaching is not the flash in the pan, here is a nifty pattern that you hope to execute. Her teaching begins by giving you a solid foundation on which you can build a strong and sustainable dance house upon. She teaches you the fundamentals and techniques of understanding the dance, the music, and how they relate. She shows you that dancing is not just about the steps, but what happens between the steps, what happens with the rest of your body. Because dance goes beyond just moving your feet. Every thing she teaches you flows back into making you a better dancer. From the warm up to the last pattern. I have had the opportunity to take from a number of instructors, and very few have ever been able to impart their knowledge to me the way she does. And on top of that she is a fantastic and funny person, who keeps dance instruction what it is supposed to be...FUN!

About

My son and I had a private dance lesson today with Kristy to help us prepare for our Mother-Son dance at his upcoming wedding - it was fabulous!! We were pretty awkward at first, but Kristy quickly put us at ease and by the end we were doing all kinds of turns! It was so much fun and really helped us - Kristy was well prepared with our song and had some great idea - we are both so glad we went!!

About

I came to LSMG in 2009 as vocal student. I'd never sung in front of anyone except family and was honestly quite nervous to sing in front of Jason Sylvain, owner of LSMG. Well, to make a beautifully long story short, after many vocal lessons, artist showcases/jam sessions that I participated in hosted by LSMG, I am now singing in front of audiences every week at my church and singing with accomplished artists as a background vocalist. I've even sang as a lead vocalist at a popular bar! LSMG, under the direction of Jason Sylvain and his staff, truly gave life to my gift that would have otherwised remained unused.

Great team, amazing dancing, super knowledgeable!! This company teaches you techniques, history, and all the intricacies of choreographed dance while also teaching you and building you with the confidence to get out and dance with the best of the best. However, with all that said, the best part is becoming part of a family with similar interests, a variety of culture and age groups, and people with all types of backgrounds and experiences. It's truly been an extremely rewarding experience!
