Working with Cruz was a pleasure from start to finish. So courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We moved into our condo in May and walked to get the fireplace checked out before burning wood. He arrived early, first checking to make sure it was ok with us. Then proceeded to quickly get to work cleaning and inspecting the entire system, including using a drone to take detailed photos of the exterior chimney. He explained the entire safety inspection, got to see the live camera going to the flue. He then took time to give his recommendations and our options. Ultimately we decided to forgo burning wood and selected a beautiful gas log replacement. I never thought I would prefer a gas fireplace over a real wood burning fireplace, but the end result is beautiful and so cozy. I highly recommend Cruz for all your fireplace and duct work. It was a pleasure.

Cruz and his team did the inspection WITH me and so that I can see exactly what he saw and to ensure that I was going to get what I paid for and not scammed. We found clogged ducts, unchanged filters and MOLD throughout the ducts and vent! Turns out the previous owner hadn't cleaned the ducts for at least 5+ years. Cruz replaced all the ducts, replaced all filters,
set up a UV lamp to kill any mold from ever growing again, All for a fair price

I had my ductscleaned and installation of gas logs done. There was no dust or smell in the house which is great as I have allergies. Their cleaning method was wonderful. Cruz took pictures of everything he did before the cleaning and after they were done. Cormont even provides a discount if you have other services performed while they are still there. Very respectful of the property and people.
