I’m leaving a 2-star review because there was one positive aspect, but a serious issue with how the mold treatment was handled. Naeam and his partner did a decent job cleaning the ducts and seemed to work hard, but things changed when we discovered mold in the supply ducts during the cleaning of the second unit.[staffino +2] They offered an additional “fogging” treatment for $200, but instead of using an actual fogger, they used the same sprayer and the same liquid they had already used for deodorizing, pouring it into a leaking furnace with no visible effect on the mold inside the ducts. The deodorizing was already part of the original cleaning, so charging extra for what appeared to be the same process felt misleading and not like a proper mold treatment. If you specifically need real fogging and sanitizing for mold in your ducts, I would recommend choosing a different pro.

The person who came was very professional and explained things very clearly for my wife. He was able to give recommendations and explain how and why he needed to do certain things for the air duct cleaning. The air ducts haven’t looked this clean in years and after they were done with the mold treatment and cleaning, the air quality really improved. My wife who had experienced allergic symptoms had her symptoms drastically decrease so I’m really glad they were able to come out. The process through getting an appointment was quick, within a day or 2, and they were able to answer my questions on what the air duct cleaning would do. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the services they provided.
