We hired MMI to clean our air ducts and dryer vent that goes through the roof. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. They live up to their motto of "Integrity Matters". They communicated well, were very clear about the price in the beginning, arrived just when they said they would, were prompt and efficient from start to finish. We will definitely call them again when we need this kind of work done.

Mark was so kind and professional and showed me more about my house and the issues with the ducts than I knew of! He was honest and helpful! I don’t know much about air ducts, but I felt like I could trust Mark. He showed me the dusty blower motor (I believe that’s what it’s called) and he cleaned it! He also changed out some padding that had gotten moldy and changed one of our ducts!
And John in the office is really great as well! He was my first point of contact and he’s really nice and personable!
Very expensive. I paid $1150 in total. So I’ll hold off on some of the work I need until I can afford it.
It was a good experience though and I’d definitely use this company again!

Came out for dryer ductcleaning. Tech was very nice and explained everything to me and answered all my questions even though my duct was clean with no clogging (not the problem) it was my dryer. Downside was the site stated $89 service call fee and they charged me $129 but after speaking to manager and addressing my concerns they were happy to reimburse me the difference and apologetic about it which I was very happy and thankful for.
