We had an excellent experience with Chimney Pro Cleaners! Their responsiveness and professionalism were evident from the start, and they truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. During the inspection, they identified some minor issues with our chimney. Being unfamiliar with chimney maintenance, we could have easily been talked into unnecessary repairs. However, they were incredibly honest and transparent, taking the time to explain the issues in detail. They outlined how these might progress over time and reassured us that replacement wouldn’t be necessary for another 2-3 years or until we notice signs of rust. We greatly appreciated their clear communication and integrity—it’s rare to find a company that values trust and customer education as much as they do. On top of all that, their pricing is fair, offering excellent value for the quality of their service. We’ll definitely be calling Chimney Pro Cleaners again when the time comes. Highly recommended!
