Instead of having a 2-3 hour window when the technician arrived, he told me he would be here Sunday at 11:00. He was here as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part. That is all I paid for. He will let me know when the part arrives & schedule an appointment to install. I work full time & he is willing to work with my schedule. I have never had the pleasure of working with someone that takes me & my schedule in consideration. I highly recommend A1 for any appliance repairs. Very reasonable prices a such a professional. I’ve definitely saved his contact for the future."See more

Igor and Quick Fix Appliance Repair were great. My refrigerator went out after a lightening storm and they were the only company to answer the phone and within 2 hours Igor showed up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and my fridge was back up and running within 30 minutes. All the while he was very professional and explained to me what happened and what he did. Quick Fix’s number is now stored in my phone as my go to appliance repair company!!

This company charges a minimum $65 service fee just to come out, and once the technician looks at the issue, they provide an outrageously overpriced quote. It honestly feels like they’re trying to take advantage of customers. I was quoted $500 to replace an ice maker in my refrigerator and $325 to replace a garbage disposal—prices that are far higher than what many reputable companies charge. I would not recommend doing business with this technician or this company. Be sure to get multiple estimates before agreeing to any repairs.

Aleksandr came very fast to repair my whirlpool refrigerator same day I requested service. Had parts on the truck to save my day since it’s very hot outside and because he came so fast I was able to save a lot of food. He is very professional, friendly and he did a great job cleaning up inside my freezer also. Highly recommend using this company!

Super nice guy, professional & he knows his stuff. We had a keg-orator that stopped working and he examined and it was leaking gas & the fix was going to be too costly (not worth repairing) so he talked me out of it. He also reprogrammed another refrigerator and helped with a electrical issue on another one. He did not tack on charges like most the larger companies would. He drove a long way to see me and he only charged a single 50 service fee. That was too low for his trouble so I doubled that. He will be my first call next time around. I highly recommend him!
