Working with Carol as a personal Trainer is a great experience. Whether it's yoga or nutriion, her depth of knowledge is quite broad when it comes to getting the body in top shape and in the most efficient manner. In other words you get the most for your money. I have worked with other trainers but Carol is somewhat different in that she has an uncanny ability to really tune in and know just how far to push. Carol is warm and personable and a real joy to work with but if you think that you can get away with anything because of her pleasant disposition...think again. She can be very firm when she needs to be. I have left many a session being angry at her for working me so hard lol but at the end of the day I am better for it. 😁

In kids yoga, we combine fitness through creative play with imaginative games, activities and storytelling. We are allowing energy to flow through the body as we calm the mind. Kids have a blast while getting fit, and reaping the many benefits yoga has to offer! (It is available for ages 6 and up.) * Aerial Silks We are taking yoga or dance to a whole new level: in the air! The silk fabric suspension allows you to get into much deeper stretches than you would normally with zero gravity, perfect for inversions and splits. This class does require a great deal of upper body strength and warm up yoga beforehand. Private lessons are available at North Ga. dance and music.
