We have more access to information than any other time in history. If this access was automatically correlated with better results, then most of the worlds problems would be reduced. Everyone would be at the right weight, have the career and life they desired and perfect relationships. The information is out there, but it is half of the equation. I look at health from an environmental perspective. I teach the importance of good nutrition combined with adequate movement.
