What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our party packages range from $120-210 an hour. We provide discounts for qualifying community events and love working within a clients' budget. All of our parties come with an array of characters and/or activities.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to see your needs (normally by text message) and try to have everything in writing. 50% of the total cost of the party is due up front in order to reserve your spot
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My name is Sam and I am the owner of Spunky Fantasy Party Services. I like to say that a conversation in a bar changed my life. I was at a Disney trivia event with a group and one person commented that she worked with a cosplay group that went to children's hospitals and charity events as characters. I was immediately hooked and slowly started growing from there. Character preforming is my passion and I love sharing this with all of my employees.
