Excellent service, from planning with Terricka to the day-of coordinating with Jasmine. They had it down to the t with details and professionalism, the handling of the vendors was great, even when we had some issues with a vendor it was handled effectively and professionally. 10/10

Thumbtack on my end says that their services is $800 but once we started making payments it added up to almost $1100. Although the contract does say that we get no refunds after a certain amount of time, it was still an inconvenience. We spent $500 and got nothing back even those we decided 2 weeks before our wedding we could not afford to pay the last $500. It sucks because if we were given at least %50 of the money back that would be helpful. Policy is policy with these guys. We wound up going with other people to coordinate our wedding. Our wedding day was just as great and we spent only $350. On the positive side of things, they did try to contact us regularly which is good so if we could follow through with their services then I am sure that they would have been very efficient and helpful. They do come with a bridal welcome bag which is sweet of them. I did not receive because I did not go through with their services. They reply very fast which is good. Their website is beautiful and the way they go about their services as VERY organized as well. If you can afford them then do it but I promise you can have a great day without spending so much money.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack Prices are only quotes it depends on guest count and what package fits your special day the most!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will send over a brochure and a link for you to book your consultation. During your consultation, you will walk us through what you want your special day to look like. After the call, we will send over a proposal and we usually give our couples about two days to look over and make adjustments if need to. After a decision is made we require a $150.00 deposit to secure your date after the contract is signed and the deposit is paid we will start working!
