ATTENTION ALL BRIDES: STOP LOOKING AND HIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY!!! I have a pretty strict type A personality and am a “do everything myself person” so I was reluctant to give control over of one the biggest events in my life to someone else. However, I’m so glad I found and put my faith in best day forever to work with for my wedding. I needed someone to help me plan and bring everything together since I made a lot of the decorations on my own. This team of wonderful people went above and beyond to make my wedding dream come true. They supported me on everything from helping me find decor for the wedding to making sure that my bachelorette was planned. I felt comfortable the entire process and never once felt like I was unsupported. They even backed me up, calmed me down, and made me feel heard and validated during my final walkthrough at the venue (I was getting overwhelmed and anxious). Everything was perfect, well organized, and I couldn’t have asked for a better event. I got so many compliments on our wedding and some said it was the best they had ever attended. You will not find a better value for the services provided by this company! I will be using them for every event I have for in life. They’re so good, I’m willing to fly them all out of state for my next event. Looking forward to hopefully working with them soon for my future baby shower and gender reveal!
Terri and Asha were amazing at the eleventh hour of our wedding planning. Our original weddingcoordinator canceled on us 30 days before our wedding date. We immediately went into salvage mode and began to research coordinators, many of whom were unavailable on such short notice. After reading positive reviews we were thankful to find out the only available date Best Day Forever had available for the entire month happened to be our wedding day. From the moment we booked they went above and beyond in answering any questions I had and coordinating with the venue and vendors to make sure our day would still go as planned. Everything turned out amazing. We would highly recommend Best Day Forever to couples looking to have the stress of planning and/or coordination taken off of their shoulders. Thank you again!!!
Terricka was amazing!!!! Even though my venue provided a day of coordinator I chose to hire her to help keep things running smoothly. She saved the day. My venue coordinator was barely seen. Thank God for Terricka. She executed my vision perfectly. I had a stress free and wonderful wedding day all because of her. She’s also has an amazing personality which made it all the better! Terricka, my wedding could not have happened without you! From the first time we spoke I knew my day was in great hands! Your kindness, leadership, attention to detail and time management was even better than I could’ve dreamed of! You kept me, my fiancé, the photographer, my wedding party and family on track and you made sure the venue was decorated to perfection! (And also even got my dog to and from First look!) What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack Prices are only quotes it depends on guest count and what package fits your special day the most!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will send over a brochure and a link for you to book your consultation. During your consultation, you will walk us through what you want your special day to look like. After the call, we will send over a proposal and we usually give our couples about two days to look over and make adjustments if need to. After a decision is made we require a $150.00 deposit to secure your date after the contract is signed and the deposit is paid we will start working!
