Anita W. says, "My initial conversation went surprisingly more successful than I would have ever imaged. I am a senior, living in a Senior Community, whose security has is consistently diminishing. The provided ‘peep holes’ on everyone’s doors are in-effect for showing ‘Who’ might be lurking on the other side. My neighbor just recently had a camera/doorbell installed just before an unknown random man attempted to enter her apartment! I am 78 years old, and fear immediately cropped up within me for my safety in my home. Not being computer savvy, I didn’t understand the process or language to purchase or install one of these security devices myself. Pemberton Electric listened patiently to my (many) questions and noted my concerns and coached me throughout the initial conversation and many more that followed. He made suggestions based on my needs and concerns exactly which products I would need to purchase for installing. He responded to me VERY quickly each time I had another question or concern. I also was going to traveling out of town in a few days and desired to have extra protection of my home and monitoring of who came by or if any packages were delivered. When a cancellation occurred in his schedule He called and made it possible to get my request for protection possible BEFORE taking off for trip!!! The work was done very professionally. He took as long as it was needed to walk me through the process of how the system worked, and watched me work it several times by myself before leaving. I am so grateful for ‘THIS’ Professorial showing up at my door! “Your Project Will Be A Winner, When ‘YOU’ Chose Pemberton!” Everything went WELL! I would gladly recommend his services to ANYONE. Abed was a pleasure to work with. Unlike huge companies that charge high prices he was fair with his prices and did a great job installing dusk to dawn lighting outside our shed and installed led lighting in the shed ( that he provided for purchase at a reasonable cost) and then installed two other outdoor motion activated security lighting in our yard. I will definitely hire him again. He comes with his own truck and gets the job done quickly and well done!

Seamless experience from beginning to end. Needed last minute outdoor light installation. Naim was responsive for scheduling, and arrived promptly with advanced notice. Provided expertise on design and methods. Was extremely patient with several issues that arose with the bulbs. Professional, superior customer service, and a great value. Extremely pleased with this experience and my new backyard aesthetic. Looks like a result!

While Tristan was quick in his response, unfortunately his work did not meet expectations. There were a few issues: 1 - Pricing: What was originally an "all-in" quote was later changed. Originally he told me it would be $45 per light installed (which was already expensive just to replace porch lights) but once completed, not only charged me this, but the price of the lights too 2 - Installation: He had already put in all the lights, and installed them, and them asked me "if i wanted the cool or warm selection?" I noted that all my other outdoor lights were warm, so I'd like to see that (he installed them as a cool setting). He then said it was too difficult to take them out, so left them as cool 3 - Follow-up: After a couple weeks, the cool lights were way too aggressive for my home, and I reached out to see if even I pay him, he could come back and change the setting. He said "Yes" but didn't show up when he said he would, and has since ghosted me in messages. I never write back reviews, but at this point, have followed-up 3 times so feel it's warranted.
