Down to Earth Yoga with Seth

Introduction: I've taught yoga for the past seven years, completing both my 200 and 500 hour yoga training at peach tree yoga center in Sandy Springs, GA. I have taught over 4,000 hours of yoga and hold an E-RYT 500 certification through the yoga alliance and have served as a mentor and educator for over ten yoga alliance recognized 200-hour certification courses, so I have assisted the certification of over 200 yoga teachers in the Atlanta area. I've taught at several gyms, yoga studios, conferences, camps, and for private clients, one of which was over 80 years old, so I have experience teaching a wide variety of ages and levels. My advanced certification also specialized in teaching breathing and meditation techniques.
