- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am pretty flexible on scheduling. I am always willing to work out rescheduling lessons if there is a conflict so that each student gets every lessons they pay for. Rescheduling usually happens on a different day the same week of the original lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to listen to the student play a song or two of their choice, if possible, and see what directions they want to try to take their playing. At that point we can discuss the scope of what it will take to get there and work out the most efficient way to achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Berklee College of Music, New England Conservatory, Boston University Conservatory, and an AB from Harvard. I have had 2 record contracts and toured extensively for 10 years playing upwards of 250 shows a year. I manage, develop artists, engineer recordings, produce recordings, teach performance and currently still plays 100s of shows a year.
