I highly recommend Jontell with Ransburg Maintenance. What started off as a request to fix 2 faucets that were left leaking by a prior contractor turned in o fixing 2 faucets, adding shower heads, attaching washer and dryer hook ups, and adding a ceiling fixture. He is timely, and explains any issue that you may have. I would recommend anyone to Jontell that needs a handy guy! His prices are reasonable and he guarantees his work!
My backdoor threshold was rotten and needed to be replaced. All other contractors indicated that I would have to order a new door, but Mr. Wilkins said he could replace the damaged wood and reseal it. He quoted a fair price and was able to schedule the job quickly. Due to some of the water damage, my wood floor needed repair as well. I had some extra pieces and he was able to replace the floor too. Work was done in a few hours. I am really happy with the work performed.
Andre is extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He was very flexible during the entire process. My fence plans changed from the original plan and he came back out no charge to adjust the quote. He is careful to dig only where it is safe to do so according to 811Dig. Some contractors will just throw up a fence regardless of knowing where power and communication lines are buried (My builder's contractor did this). He created an order for materials so that there was no markup. I was even able to get some of the materials cheaper since they had gone on sale. Andre had two additional workers on site the day of the job. They were all polite and patient even when dealing with one of my aggressive neighbors. The team removed my old fencing in a matter of 30 minutes! About 6 hours later, I had a brand new better quality nicer looking 6ft privacy fence along my property line and much larger yard. I would definitely recommend his services to others looking for fence installation or repair.
Davilla did an excellent job on our landscape and hardscape project. They were very knowledgeable, communicated every step of the way, made adjustments as were needed through the course of the project and finished on time. I would definitely hire them again.
Austin was great to work with, gave us suggestions and was helpful as we plan our hardscape and landscape projects. We will use him again!
Marcos Rojas has wonderful ideas; for me, he has been the best for what I needed in landscaping and hardscaping my back yard.
As an engineer we have a saying that goes "good, fast, cheap; pick two). We got pushed back a little further than originally anticipating but as I worked in construction and weather it was understandable. They were BY FAR the lowest price on architectural shingles and lower with this price than all but one or two who quoted 3-tab shingles. I didn't see any nails on the ground after the job and Ray told us we could load any trash besides paint and something else before the trash company picked up the container a couple days later. They pay per pound as that's the only way I've ever found plus haul and deliver and maybe number of days. Ray was easy to work with and I know we had some plywood sheets replaced. Cover your stuff in the attic as there was a mess up there which I should of anticipated as he said he replaced several sheets. There were nail penetrations in the attic roof (quite a few) which I could bend sideways with a hammer. I'm not stating that last part to complain but more so as a courtesy to the business for future clients. We feel we got much more than we paid for which is VERY rare when dealing with contractors. If you want super pretty attic ceailing it will cost you and the competitors who bid a lot more didn't guarantee it to us except one who did use a better pad but was also a grand and a half less than TWICE what The Art of Home Improvement charged. I would recommend to my family members and friends in a second (unless they want a metal roof which I don't know if they do or not.)
I won't lie I had some reservations about using an outside source to do the work.I could not be more pleased however with the results of the job. not only was Kenneth professional , he was punctual and always polite. What I liked was that he kept me informed about every aspect of the job and his time line. Kenneth Arrived on time each day, ( could of slept that Saturday though, lol) and made sure that I was completely satisfied before he left. Also,I never had the chance to thank you for fixing mother's faucet, she loves the hot water. Over all the work was beautiful and the price was fair,I definitely got my money's worth and recommend him to any one who needs a contractor.
Jose' and Ali are finishing up several projects at my house. The big one was a renovation to my patio where I wanted to remove 2 of the support pillars, add a LVL beam and change the existing beams to stacked stone. It was a big project, but the job they did is outstanding and they did it in record time. They also replaced 2 doors that were rotting out. I've been looking for a contractor like this since I moved into my current house. They have earned a customer for life. Their prices are very reasonable, they work very hard to make sure it's right, and they do fantastic work. They'll be back for the other future projects I can dream up, not to mention the repairs that any house needs from time to time.
I had East Coast Construction , LLC due several jobs over a two week period. They were very professional and talked with me through the whole process. They listened and changed anything I didn't like. I am so impressed with their work and have had many compliments from friends and neighbors. I can't believe the amount of work they got done in a two week period. I am already scheduling them to come back for more work and have referred them to two neighbors looking for great contractors.
David helped when I got in over my head with a project. (I don't know anything about electrical wiring, and my old house's plaster walls were giving me grief.) Took the time to get the job done right. Much more pleasant experience than a lot of contractors who are moving as fast as possible, stomp over and break things as they're installing, etc. I had a complicated installation so it was great to have someone willing to take the time to get it exactly how I wanted it to be. Getting a projector to hit within eighths of an inch on the other side of the room just isn't a job for someone in a hurry!
I have used this contractor for renovations on my home. He promptly replies to calls, His workmanship is great. He is flexible when unforeseen complications arise. Would recommend him. Honest and polite.
Teo's landscaping were fantastic hires, they did a great job were flexible and did an incredible amount of work in our backyard for both hardscape and lawn/greenery. We'll certainly be using them again and recommend them for any of your yard needs!
Reasonable price quote. Arrived on time. Work completed promptly, professionally, and met all expectations. Good job, highly recommend this contractor.
Barnard's Landscaping did a fantastic job on my front yard landscaping project. I am very grateful for the dramatic transformation from an embarrassing eye sore, to a yard that I can be proud of. I have already received several compliments from my neighbors, and the work was just completed less than a week ago. Barnard's worked thoroughly and expeditiously to complete the project in a short time. The process from start to finish was enjoyable as I knew exactly what to expect, and they communicated well throughout the process. Well done!
Contractors were able to come same day! They were knowledgeable and got right to work to repair the issue. They actually gave a once over on my sprinkler system after the repair. My only small suggestion is to give a bit more care with placing the ground and grass back as near as possible to before after having being removed for repair.
My husband and I purchased a home built in 1997 and though it's 2015 this house looked like it hadn't been updated since 1997. We knew updating this house was at the top of our list upon move in. To start we hired CCK&B to help us bring our kitchen into the millenium. From start to finish the owner Mancel was nothing short of amazing to work with. I'm extremely picky and trying to design a kitchen that you will be happy with for years to come presents just a tad bit of anxiety. During the selection process, he exhibited a great deal of patience with us and executed a design that was simply beautiful. To top it all off, our project was completed on time and within our budget. Prior to hiring them, we obtained 2 other quotes and hands down CCK&B's pricing was the least expensive. We weren't necessarily looking for the least expensive contractor, but rather a contractor who was reputable, reliable, and reasonably priced. We got that and more with Mancel's team. We will definitely be hiring them again for our future bathroom project. Highly recommend!
It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Edwards and his contractors has they renovate my home. The Work has been exceptional remarkable. I recommend him and his company as a creditable, reliable company that gets the job done.
Very inventive at developing unique, as well as cost effective, landscaping and hardscaping plans. ALWAYS, gets the job done on time and in budget. Have worked with him for many years through expansions and conversions of wooden stairs and decking to more permanent materials. He even empathized with us and salvaged plants when we had to redo a landscaped area after only 2 years due to a septic tank catastrophe! Effortless to work with!
Overall I am very pleased with the way my gate turned out. The only hiccup was when Keith came out he quoted me a price which I assumed was for labor and materials. Turns out it was for only labor. Yes it was stated on my quote, but everything was done on his mobile phone to process our transaction. I did not open the quote to review. We talked and it seemed great so I hired him. It has been a very rare event to have a contractor come to my house and only quote me labor and if they did, they specifically mentioned it to me while talking. I should have asked, but I felt like Keith should have stated it was for labor only. In the end Keith ate half the cost ($150 roughly) of the materials to make it right which was very much appreciated.
We will definitely hire Donny again! He assessed our sunken paver concrete patio with estimates that proved correct. He built an additional stone step on top of some existing steps that looks beautiful. He was on time and worked diligently throughout the job. His 30 years experience is evident in the final product, excellent.
