FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the level of support you need. I offer one-on-one virtual training, personalized training plans you can follow independently, accountability coaching with regular check-ins, and higher-touch coaching for people who want more guidance. I do not compete on being the lowest-priced trainer. My focus is building a plan around your goals, schedule, experience level, and real life. Before we begin, you will know exactly what is included and what your investment will be. Package pricing may be available depending on the length and level of coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding where you are now, what you want to accomplish, what you have tried before, and what has been getting in the way. From there, I determine the right starting point and build a plan around your goals, fitness level, schedule, available equipment, and lifestyle. Depending on the service, that may include live virtual training, a personalized training program, nutrition and recovery guidance, and scheduled accountability check-ins. We review your progress, make adjustments when needed, and continue building from what is working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 20 years of experience in fitness, strength training, conditioning, and coaching. My education and certifications include strength and conditioning, NASM training, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and additional education in sleep, stress, recovery, and wellness. My approach combines strength, conditioning, mobility, nutrition, recovery, stress management, and behavior change so clients receive more than a list of exercises.
